The absence of in-room WiFi left some guests stranded from reliable connections, forcing them to use roaming data. Additionally, the bathrooms showed signs of age with noticeable humidity marks, indicating the need for updates and restoration.

The music from the on-site restaurant blasted until 11 PM, ruining the peaceful atmosphere!!! Dated bathrooms need urgent upgrades, and the hammock you’d want to relax in smelled terrible. A bit more attention to upkeep would do wonders!!!

Casa Aluxes Hotel is a lovely oasis with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. The room was both comfortable and well-decorated. The hotel is close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants, making exploration very easy.
